Our dishes are inspired by an eclectic mix of classic and contemporary cuisine from all over the globe, simply inspired by Vickie's travels. Whatever the inspiration that day, we will always highlight the best seafood our coastal waters have to offer, the freshest produce, grown locally using organic practices whenever possible, and the most naturally and ethically raised meat, poultry, and game.
