At Blu, Farm To Table is more than just a marketing phrase. It is truly the heartbeat of this kitchen. Everything we do is driven by what is available , fresh and local. The best part of the day is calling our partners and asking, "what looks good today?" Our menus will always showcase what looked good that day. Our dishes are inspired by an eclectic mix of classic and contemporary cuisine from all over the globe. Simply inspired by Vickie's travels. Whatever the inspiration that day, we will always showcase the best seafood our coastal waters have to offer, the freshest produce, grown locally, using organic practices whenever possible, and the freshest, most naturally and ethically raised meat, poultry, and game.
